OFFICE OF ESTATE OFFICER

The University Campus is spread over 300.17 Acres of land of which 11.06 Acres piece of land exists in a area known as Kota behind the National Institute of Technology building of Raipur city. The entire Campus encloses several buildings of which some are teaching department where teaching and research of various subjects are conducted, some are used for providing accommodation to students, teachers, and employees, one as Central Library and remaining are used for other purposes. The University has its own Power Substation of 33 KVA / 11 KVA capacity. In addition, the University has twelve tube wells at different places for the purpose of providing round the clock water supply within Campus. To maintain the environment within Campus trees are transplanted every year and a water pond is also created to maintain the ground water level. The entire Campus covered by the 12 ft high boundary wall with a single beautiful opening as “University Gate” built during celebrating the Golden Jubilee year of the University.
